Our Founder

Sibusisiwe Kraai — Visionary Leader

Sibusisiwe Kraai, a compassionate skills development and youth empowerment practitioner, founded Malitinne. She was moved by the plight of youth — especially girls — unable to secure their futures in the economy due to inadequate preparation.

Having been in the skills development arena from a tender age, Sibu realized that many youths, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, were not privy to abundant opportunities. Within 5 years of Malitinne's existence, she managed to place over 10,000 graduates and apprentices in over 2,850 workplaces.
